Fantastic OLFA giveaway!

This year, OLFA is celebrating the 35th anniversary of the invention of the rotary cutter. Developed by OLFA in 1979, this technology forever changed quilting by providing the sharpest cuts and paving the way for more elaborate and time-intensive projects.

I have been using Olfa products for years. I couldn't do without my Olfa rotary cutter, mats and rulers. If you are a quilter at all, I'm sure you will agree that these products have made our lives so much easier...It's impossible to put a dollar amount on what they have done for us.

Because this is their 35th birthday, I have been given the opportunity to share some of their products with you! The winner of my little contest will receive a special Olfa kit, shipped directly from their warehouse.

This kit includes an OLFA rotary cutter and a small cutting mat. Perhaps you are just learning to quilt, or your daughter is learning...or maybe you just have never tried Olfa products before. This is a great chance for you to win something wonderful for free!

I am also adding a second prize which is a fabric bundle of some of my super hard to find pieces from past collections, as well as some from my newest collection..."Splendor" for Riley Blake. This will be a separate winner... So two lucky people get prizes! Yay!

Here's all you need to do:

Leave a comment here telling me why you want to win! That's it...and do it before Monday night  June 30th at 12:00 midnight mountain standard time...and you will be included in the drawing!

Good luck!!

I want to win because I can always use more fabric and I need a new rotary cutter. I bought the cheap one and you can tell the difference, there are flat spots on the blade.

aus_chick said...

I'd use it for cutting out curved pieces. I find my 45" too big for that sometimes!

I'd love to win either prize. I always seem to have a quilt in process for a gift for someone special in my life. I would like to make a quilt for ME to keep for myself. I've only recently noticed after quilting for 15 years I've never made or kept any for myself. Thank you and Olfa for this generous giveaway.

I love my olfa rotary cutter, but my daughter keeps stealing it and using it to cut flannel. Would be wonderful to have a second! And of course, a beautiful fabric surprise would brighten up the whole week!

Why do I want to win? Well, first off, it is just plain fun to win something so useful and helpful--that goes for the rotary cutter or the fabric. I think winning gives a boost to the recipient and right now that is something I need. And if I should win, I will share.

WOW that's a sweet give-away for you to offer. I've been away from my sewing for a while with family stuff always taking priority, and my 11yo daughter is now starting herself. I think these would be a nice start for my sweet Sophie in her life of sewing passion after years of seeing my creations. I love that - she actually noticed what I was doing.

Love Olfa products. The small cutting mat would be perfect to keep by the sewing machine to trim small pieces. And, it goes without saying, Fabric is always a winner!

Woodland Bloom was the very first fabric line I ever purchased after beginning the journey of quilting and stitching. Now I design, and I would really love to use your fabrics once more, Lila. I never enter giveaways, but the temptation to play with LT fabrics hooked me. x

Bethany Moye said...

I just got my first sewing and embroidery machine for my Birthday. I didn't know anything about how to use it or what you need to get started, so right now I don't have a rotary cutter, and I only have a yard of fabric, so this would be so amazing, I recently lost my job so trying to raise a family with one income, purchasing fabric and a cutter isn't in the cards right now. I would LOVE to win this
